3rd Annual Oakland Unite Messengers4Change Toy Drive/Holiday Party a Huge Success!

This year over 5oo families signed up with Messengers4Change to receive toys from the Mayor Jean Quan’s Community Toy Drive. Oakland Unite’s Messengers4Change had a hugely successful toy drive/holiday party for the families at the Tassaforanga Recreation Center in East Oakland. Children and families received bags full of toys as well as yummy snacks and a visit from Santa Claus. A very special thank you to all who volunteered and made this event a success.
