DreamCatcher Set to Open Nikka’s Place

Oakland Unite is proud to announce that Alameda Family Services, DreamCatcher, an Oakland Unite funded agency, will be opening its newly renovated shelter space, as well as Nikka’s Place, a shelter space dedicated to commercially sexually exploited children in the next two months.
