Oakland’s Minimum Wage is $12.25 Starting March 2, 2015
Starting March 2, 2015, Oakland will have a minimum wage of $12.25 per hour and paid sick leave. Please note that this new law is separate from Oakland’s Living Wage requirements. It is important that your organization ensure proper compliance with the new law and/or Living Wage Ordinance as they apply to your specific business.
